The unique chainflex guarantee is now extended to 4 years. The clear statements on the guaranteed service life give the customer additional planning safety. Functional reliability is essential, both operationally and financially. The correct design of a cable and its guaranteed service life actively contribute to ensuring functional reliability and actively contribute to sustainability. This is because CO2 emissions occur during the production, replacement and disposal of a cable, which are significantly reduced by a long service life!

This is only possible because igus has gathered over 30 years of experience and test data in its 3,800m² test laboratory for cables and e-chains. It is at the heart of our quality and guarantee promise and ensures a comprehensive data base to provide our customers with such a unique guarantee promise.
 

The largest test laboratory in the industry

The chainflex test laboratory carries out special tests under realistic conditions and collects data from over 2 billion test cycles with more than 1.4 million electrical measurements every year. Continuous monitoring and documentation are carried out on 65 test systems by professionally qualified personnel.
