Go to application

Separation processes are often required in industry as a preparatory measure. Screw, nut, O-rings, etc., must be positioned or turned for the further steps.
In this application we see separation using a vibrating table. Then a delta robot installed above takes the nuts off the table.

The problem

It takes an enormous amount of time if very small components have to be pre-sorted by hand. This is not only a very monotonous task, it is also very uneconomical at the same time.

The solution

The separation unit in combination with the delta robot enables the nuts to be precisely pre-sorted and made available to the employee for the next production step.
